What is Maine's Law on Living Wills
Living wills, otherwise known as advanced health care directives, are used to give directions about the type of health care you want in the event you are incapacitated. Provisions for these directives can be found in 18-C MRS §5-801 et seq. §5-805 provides an optional form that can be used to create an advance health care directive.
