Written Comments
The task force welcomes written comments from the public at any time. Interested parties who wish to submit written comments before a task force meeting should send them via email to lynne.caswell@legislature.maine.gov. Written comments will be distributed to task force members. All comments received 24 hours prior to a meeting will be distributed to task force members prior to that meeting. For example, comments in advance of the September 13 meeting must be submitted by 9:00am Monday, September 12, 2022. Comments received after that will be submitted to task force members for the next meeting.
Please remember that all comments, documents or other written information sent to the task force or task force staff are considered a "public record" under Maine's Freedom of Access Act. These materials are subject to public disclosure, will be posted online and will be viewable and searchable by the public.
