Rep. Cloutier is a class of 2015 alumnae of Emerge Maine, and in 2017 she was awarded their Rising Star Award for her mentorship and support of other women running for elected office. That same year, she was recognized as a Woman of Excellence by the National Foundation of Women Legislators for her work on the Lewiston City Council. In 2019, she was honored with the YWCA of Central Maine's Lee Young Leadership Award in recognition of her civic, organizational and community leadership.
