Subchapter 1: STANDARD FIRE POLICY

§3006. Willful violations

Any insurer or agent who shall make, issue or deliver a policy of fire insurance in willful violation of sections 3002 or 3003 shall forfeit for each offense not less than $50 nor more than $200, but the policy shall nevertheless be binding upon the insurer issuing the same.   [PL 1969, c. 132, §1 (NEW).]
