§12555

§12554. Disturbing baitfish traps or baitfish holding boxes

A person may not disturb or take any baitfish trap or baitfish holding box or any fish from any baitfish trap or baitfish holding box other than that person's own without the consent of the owner of the baitfish trap or baitfish holding box.   [PL 2003, c. 414, Pt. A person who violates this section commits a Class E crime. The court shall also impose a fine of $20 for each fish unlawfully possessed, none of which may be suspended.   [PL 2003, c. 414, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 2003, c. 614, §9 (AFF).]
