(1).  The local law of a bank's jurisdiction governs perfection, the effect of perfection or nonperfection and the priority of a security interest in a deposit account maintained with that bank.
[PL 1999, c. 699, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 1999, c. 699, Pt. A, §4 (AFF).]

A, §2 (NEW); PL 1999, c. 699, Pt. A, §4 (AFF).]
(c). A, §2 (NEW); PL 1999, c. 699, Pt. A, §4 (AFF).]
