§9064. Standards

Adoption, administration and enforcement of standards.
The office is charged with the adoption, administration and enforcement of manufactured housing construction and safety standards. The standards adopted must meet the standards adopted pursuant to the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974, 42 United States Code, Sections 5401 to 5426.

Rules.
The office may adopt rules necessary to enforce the standards adopted under subsection 1.
