An Act Concerning Confidentiality of Investigations by the Commission on Governmental Ethics and Election Practices
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 21-A MRSA §1003, sub-§2-A, as enacted by PL 2001, c. 237, §1, is repealed.
Effective July 25, 2002, unless otherwise indicated.
