Resolve, to Name the East Outlet Bridge the Richard Francis Lavigne Bridge
Sec. 1. Richard Francis Lavigne Bridge. Resolved: That the bridge currently known as the East Outlet Bridge and located on Route 15 in Sapling Township spanning the east outlet of the Kennebec River be renamed the "Richard Francis Lavigne Bridge" and that a plaque, designed and created by the citizens of the Moosehead Lake area, be erected by the Department of Transportation near the bridge.
Effective June 30, 1998, unless otherwise indicated.
