Resolve, To Transfer Certain State-owned Property to the Town of East Millinocket

Sec. 1. State to transfer certain state-owned property to the Town of East Millinocket. Resolved: That the State shall transfer to the Town of East Millinocket certain parcels of land as described in section 2 previously transferred to the State by Katahdin Paper Company, LLC; and be it further

Sec. 2. Description of property transferred. Resolved: That the property authorized to be transferred pursuant to this resolve is described as follows: Lots 3-A, 4-A, 5-A, 7 and 13 in Block 30 on a land plan entitled "Division Plan of Additions & Lots in Block 30 & 76 of Land Owned by Great Northern Paper, Inc." dated September 28, 1993, prepared by Andrews Land Services, Inc. and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds, Book 192, Page 93; and be it further

Sec. 3. Property to be transferred as is. Resolved: That the property to be transferred by the State to the Town of East Millinocket pursuant to this resolve must be transferred "as is," with no representations or warranties. Title must be transferred by quitclaim deed without covenant.
