Sec. I-3. Federal reimbursement. Notwithstanding any other provision of
law, the Department of Education is responsible for capturing the
maximum federal reimbursement to local school districts for the
following MaineCare services: school-based rehabilitation, day
treatment and targeted case management services beginning in
January 2006.

 
Sec. I-4. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations
and allocations are made.

Initiative: Reduces funding for school bus purchases in fiscal
year 2006-07.
