| | Public Law 2003, chapter 689, Part B, section 6 directs the | Revisor of Statutes to replace both "Department of Human | Services" and "Department of Behavioral and Developmental | Services" with "Department of Health and Human Services." Title | 34-B, section 1207, subsection 1, paragraphs B and B-1 allow for | the disclosure of certain information by the Department of | Behavioral and Developmental Services under certain | circumstances, including when requested to do so by the | Department of Human Services. Sections 78 and 79 repeal the | requirement that information be disclosed to the Department of | Human Services and eliminate references to the Department of | Human Services to eliminate the redundancy created by the | revision clause. |
