Registrar of Vital Statistics shall send a copy of the notice of
registration to a mother if she has provided an address.

 
2.__Information confidential; release.__Registry information
is confidential and may be released only pursuant to Title 22,
section 2706.

 
§1883.__Penalty for releasing information

 
An individual commits a Class E crime if the individual
intentionally releases information from the registry to another
individual or agency not authorized to receive the information
under section 1882.

 
§1884.__Rescission of registration

 
A registrant may rescind his registration at any time by
sending to the registry a rescission in a record signed or
otherwise authenticated by him and witnessed or notarized.

 
§1885.__Untimely registration

 
If a man registers more than 60 days after the birth of the
child, the State Registrar of Vital Statistics may not accept the
attempted registration and shall notify the registrant that on
its face his registration was not filed timely.

 
§1886.__Fees for registry

 
1.__Filing registration or rescission.__A reasonable fee may
not be charged for filing a registration or a rescission of
registration.

 
2.__Search; certificate.__Except as otherwise provided in
subsection 3, the State Registrar of Vital Statistics may charge
a reasonable fee for making a search of the registry and for
furnishing a certificate.

 
3.__No fee.__A support enforcement agency is not required to
pay a fee authorized by subsection 2.

§1891.__Search of appropriate registry

 
1.__Child under one year of age; certificate of search.__If a
parent-child relationship has not been established under this
chapter for a child under one year of age, a petitioner for
