| E.__A signatory to an acknowledgment under this section | submits to personal jurisdiction of this State, effective | upon the filing of the acknowledgment in accordance with | this section. |

| F.__Except for good cause shown, during the pendency of a | proceeding to challenge an acknowledgment under this | section, the court may not suspend the legal | responsibilities of a signatory arising from the | acknowledgment, including the duty to pay child support. |

| G.__At the conclusion of a proceeding to challenge an | acknowledgment pursuant to this subsection, the court shall | order the State Registrar of Vital Statistics to amend the | birth record of the child, if appropriate. |

| | 7.__Similar acknowledgments in other states.__A court of this | State shall give full faith and credit to an acknowledgment | effective in another state and substantially similar to the | acknowledgment under this section if has been signed and is | otherwise in compliance with the law of the other State. |
|
| | 8.__Forms.__To facilitate compliance with this section the | State Registrar of Vital Statistics shall prescribe forms for the | acknowledgment under this section.__An acknowledgment is not | affected by a later modification of the prescribed form. |

| | 9.__Release of information.__The State Registrar of Vital | Statistics may release information relating to the acknowledgment | under this section to: |
|
| A.__A signatory of the acknowledgment described in this | section; |
|
| B.__The mother, an acknowledged father, a presumed parent, | an adjudicated parent, a de facto parent, a parent who has | acknowledged parentage under subchapter 3; |
|
| C.__Courts and appropriate state or federal agencies of this | State or another state. |

| | 10.__Adoption of rules.__The State Registrar of Vital | Statistics may adopt rules to implement this section. Rules | adopted pursuant to this subsection are routine technical rules | for the purposes of Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A. |
