Sec. 7. 31 MRSA §623, sub-§6, ķE is enacted to read:

 
E.__The full name and address of every person who has an
ownership interest in the limited liability company.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill requires that the name and address of every person
who has an ownership interest in a limited liability company be
included in the articles of organization filed with the Secretary
of State.
