Sec. 1. 31 MRSA §622, sub-§1, ¶C, as amended by PL 1995, c. 514, §6, is further amended to read:

C. If management of the limited liability company is vested in a manager or managers:

(1) A statement to that effect;

(2) The minimum and maximum number of managers permitted; and

(3) If the initial managers have been selected, the name and the business, residence or mailing address of each initial manager.;

Sec. 2. 31 MRSA §622, sub-§1, ¶D, as enacted by PL 1993, c. 718, Pt. A, §1, is amended to read:

D. Other matters the members include in the articles of organization.; and

Sec. 3. 31 MRSA §622, sub-§1, ¶E is enacted to read:

E.__The full name and address of every person who has an ownership interest in the limited liability company.

Sec. 4. 31 MRSA §623, sub-§1, ¶¶A and B, as enacted by PL 1993, c. 718, Pt. A, §1, are amended to read:

A. The name of the limited liability company; and

B. The amendment or amendments to the articles.; and

Sec. 5. 31 MRSA §623, sub-§1, ¶C is enacted to read:

C.__If there is a change in ownership, the full name and address of every person who has a new ownership interest in the limited liability company.

Sec. 6. 31 MRSA §623, sub-§6, ¶¶C and D, as enacted by PL 1993, c. 718, Pt. A, §1, are amended to read:

C. If the name has been changed, the name under which it was originally filed; and

D. The date of filing of the initial articles of organization.; and
