Sec. 1. 12 MRSA 13155, sub-§11 is enacted to read:

11.__Paraplegics.__The commissioner may issue, upon application, a complimentary ATV registration to a person who is a paraplegic or a single or double amputee.__The commissioner may place restrictions on a registration issued under this subsection.__A registration issued under this subsection is valid for one year unless suspended or revoked.

SUMMARY

This bill authorizes the Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife to issue a complimentary ATV registration to a person who is a paraplegic or a single or double amputee.
