arsenic-treated wood, the report must include information on the market
availability of alternatives to wood treated with a preservative
containing added copper. The joint standing committee may report out
legislation to the Second Regular Session of the 121st Legislature to
restrict the sale of arsenic-treated wood for all remaining uses.
