16.__Creation of York County Commissioner Districts.__York County
is divided into the following 5 districts.

 
A.__Commissioner District Number 1, in the County of York,
consists of the minor civil divisions of Acton, Berwick,
Buxton, Cornish, Hollis, Lebanon, Limerick, Limington,
Newfield and Parsonsfield.__The term of office of the
commissioner from this district expires in 2006 and every 4
years thereafter.

 
B.__Commissioner District Number 2, in the County of York,
consists of the minor civil divisions of Arundel, Biddeford,
Kennebunk and Kennebunkport.__The term of office of the
commissioner from this district expires in 2006 and every 4
years thereafter.

 
C.__Commissioner District Number 3, in the County of York,
consists of the minor civil divisions of Dayton, Lyman, Old
Orchard Beach, Saco and Waterboro.__The term of office of
the commissioner from this district expires in 2006 and
every 4 years thereafter.

 
D.__Commissioner District Number 4, in the County of York,
consists of the minor civil divisions of Alfred, North
Berwick, Sanford, Shapleigh and South Berwick.__The term of
office of the commissioner from this district expires in
2004 and every 4 years thereafter.

 
E.__Commissioner District Number 5, in the County of York,
consists of the minor civil divisions of Eliot, Kittery,
Ogunquit, Wells and York.__The term of office of the
commissioner from this district expires in 2004 and every 4
years thereafter.
