B.__Commissioner District Number 2, in the County of Waldo, consists of the minor civil divisions of Frankfort, Jackson, Monroe, Prospect, Searsport, Stockton Springs, Swanville and Winterport.__The term of office of the commissioner from this district expires in 2004 and every 4 years thereafter.

C.__Commissioner District Number 3, in the County of Waldo, consists of the minor civil divisions of Brooks, Burnham, Freedom, Knox, Liberty, Montville, Morrill, Palermo, Searsmont, Thorndike, Troy and Unity.__The term of office of the commissioner from this district expires in 2004 and every 4 years thereafter.

A.__Commissioner District Number 1, in Washington County, consists of the minor civil divisions of Alexander, Baileyville, Baring, Beddington, Calais, Charlotte, Codyville Plantation, Cooper, Crawford, Danforth, Deblois, Dennysville, Grand Lake Stream Plantation, Meddybemps, Northfield, Passamaquoddy Indian Township Reservation, Princeton, Robbinston, Talmadge, Topsfield, Vanceboro, Waite and Wesley and the unorganized territory of North Washington.__The term of office of the commissioner from this district expires in 2004 and every 4 years thereafter.

B.__Commissioner District Number 2, in Washington County, consists of the minor civil divisions of Cutler, East Machias, Eastport, Lubec, Machias, Passamaquoddy Pleasant Point Reservation, Pembroke, Perry and Whiting and the unorganized territory of East Central Washington.__The term of office of the commissioner from this district expires in 2004 and every 4 years thereafter.
