Emergency clause.
In view of the emergency cited in the preamble,
this Act takes effect when approved.
SUMMARY
This bill exempts dealers engaged exclusively in the sale of
classic autos from the minimum sales requirement of 12 vehicles
per year in order to obtain a renewal of a dealer license.
