Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
PART A

 
Sec. A-1. 5 MRSA §12004-A, sub-§44, as amended by PL 2001, c. 166,
§1, is repealed.

 
Sec. A-2. 32 MRSA c. 115, as amended, is repealed.

 
PART B

 
Sec. B-1. 32 MRSA c. 128, as amended, is repealed.

 
SUMMARY

 
Part A of this bill eliminates state licensing of boxers and
wrestlers.

 
Part B of this bill eliminates state licensing of transient
sellers.
