| §921. Limits on slot machine use |

| | 1. Age of player.__A licensee may not permit a person under | 21 years of age to play a slot machine. |

| | 2. Time and money limits not required.__A licensee is not | required to impose a limit on the amount of time or money | spent by an individual playing the slot machines on the | licensee's premises.__A licensee has no civil or criminal | liability for the amount of time or money spent by an | individual playing slot machines on the licensee's premises. |

| §922. Payment of credits by licensee |

| | A licensee shall redeem credits for players who earn credits | on a slot machine located on the premises of that licensee in | accordance with rules adopted by the commission. |

| §923. Allocation of funds |
