| D.__Disable a video lottery terminal through the central | computer system under paragraph A as directed by the Chief | of the State Police in accordance with section 364; |

| E.__Collect funds due the State under section 383; |

| F.__Immediately notify the Chief of State Police of the | failure of any video lottery terminal distributor to | comply with section 383; |
|
| G.__Certify monthly to the Treasurer of State, the | commission and the Commissioner of Administrative and | Financial Services a full and complete statement of all | video lottery terminal revenue, credits disbursed by | licensees under this chapter and administrative expenses | and the allocation of net terminal income for the | preceding month; |
|
| H.__Submit by January 15th an annual report to the | Governor and the joint standing committee of the | Legislature having jurisdiction over legal affairs of | video lottery terminal revenue, credits disbursed by | licensees, administrative expenses and the allocation of | net terminal income for the preceding year; |
|
| I.__Prepare and submit to the Commissioner of | Administrative and Financial Services a budget for the | administration of this chapter; |
|
| J.__Cooperate with the Chief of the State Police in | implementing and enforcing the provisions of this chapter; | and |
|
| K.__Cooperate with the racing commission in implementing | and enforcing the provisions of this chapter. |

| §366.__Applicability of chapter 14 |
