2.__Exhibition.__Journeyman certifications with appropriate endorsements and apprentice permits required under this chapter must be exhibited whenever required by an inspector certified under this chapter.

§15372.__Penalties

1.__Revocations, suspensions and reprimands.__The board shall revoke or suspend a certification, endorsement or apprentice permit or reprimand a certification holder, endorsement holder or apprentice permit holder for any violations of this chapter or rules of the board.

2.__Civil penalties.__A person who violates any provision of this chapter, the State Medical Gas and Vacuum System Code or any applicable rule of the board is subject to a civil penalty of not less than $50 or more than $1,000 per day for each violation.

3.__Criminal penalties.__A person who knowingly or willfully violates this chapter, the State Medical Gas and Vacuum System Code or any applicable rule is guilty of a Class E crime.

§15373.__Rulemaking

The board shall adopt rules necessary to implement this chapter.__Rules adopted pursuant to this chapter are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A.
