| 1-A.__If a prosecuting attorney has probable cause to |
believe that a person on probation has violated a condition of |
that person's probation, the attorney may file a motion for |
probation revocation pursuant to section 1205-C and send a |
copy of that motion to the person's probation officer.__Upon |
receipt of the motion, the probation officer may arrest the |
person pursuant to this section or issue a summons pursuant to |
section 1205-B. |
