Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and
allocations are made.

 
TREASURER OF STATE, OFFICE OF THE

 
Endowment Incentive Fund

 
Initiative: Provides funds to carry out the purposes of the
Endowment Incentive Fund, which was created by Public Law
1999, chapter 511 as a nonlapsing fund to match qualified
private donations for academic purposes at the University of
Maine System, the Maine Technical College System and the Maine
Maritime Academy.

SUMMARY

 
This bill provides funds to carry out the purposes of the
Endowment Incentive Fund, which was created by Public Law
