| | | Sec. 1. 22 MRSA §3174-F, sub-§3 is enacted to read: |

| | | 3.__Adjust rates.__By October 1, 2003, the department shall | | review and adjust the reimbursement rates under the Medicaid | | program for dental services to the 50th percentile of the fees | | published in the most recent survey of dental fees for the New | | England region, as published by a nationwide dental | | association. |
