agency shall have available for inspection at its office all
orders and rules made by the Governor or issued under the
Governor's authority.

 
Sec. 61. 37-B MRSA §831, as amended by PL 2001, c. 614, §26 and
c. 662, §96, is repealed and the following enacted in its
place:

 
§831. Utilization of existing services and facilities

 
In carrying out this chapter, the Governor and the executive
officers or governing bodies of the political subdivisions of
the State shall utilize the services and facilities of
existing departments, offices and agencies of the State and
all their political subdivisions to the maximum extent
practicable.__The officers and personnel of all departments,
offices and agencies shall cooperate with and extend their
services and facilities to the Governor and to the emergency
management organizations of the State upon request.

 
Sec. 62. 37-B MRSA §832, first ¶, as amended by PL 2001, c. 614, §26
and c. 662, §97, is repealed and the following enacted in its
place:

 
An emergency management organization established under the
authority of this chapter may not participate in any form of
political activity and may not be employed directly or
indirectly for political purpose.

 
Sec. 63. 38 MRSA §420-B, sub-§4, ¶¶C and D, as amended by PL 1997, c.
179, §4, are further amended to read:

 
C. The commissioner's conclusions as to the levels of
toxic contamination in the State's waters and fisheries;
and

 
D. Any trends of increasing or decreasing levels of
contaminants found; and.

 
Sec. 64. 38 MRSA §420-B, sub-§4, ¶E, as enacted by PL 1997, c. 179,
§4, is repealed.

 
Sec. 65. PL 2001, c. 574, §31 is repealed.

 
Sec. 66. PL 2001, c. 646, §§4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 are repealed.

 
Sec. 67. Retroactivity. That section of this Act that repeals
Public Law 2001, chapter 646, sections 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 is
retroactive to March 25, 2002.

 
Sec. 68. PL 2001, c. 688, §4 is repealed.
