Sec. 1. Feasibility study on increased Interstate 95 weight limits. Resolved:
That
the Department of Transportation shall conduct a study as
required by the Federal Government to check the feasibility of
increasing the weight limits on Interstate 95 from Augusta to
Houlton, making the weight limits consistent with restrictions
on Interstate 95 south of Augusta.
SUMMARY
This resolve directs the Department of Transportation to
conduct a study to check the feasibility of increasing the
weight limits on Interstate 95 from Augusta to Houlton.
