§219. Light-duty work pools

Employers may form light-duty work pools for the purpose of encouraging the return to work of injured employees. [PL 1991, c. 885, Pt. A, §8 (NEW); PL 1991, c. 885, Pt. A, §§9-11 (AFF).]
