§3801. Establishment
The State shall maintain the Long Creek Youth Development Center, referred to in this subchapter as the "facility," located at South Portland.

Coeducational.
The facility must be coeducational.

Separate housing.
The facility must fully separate the housing facilities for boys and girls.
