§1002. Class I-A licenses
1.
Types of liquor which may be sold.
A Class I-A licensee may sell spirits, wine and malt liquor to be consumed on the premises where sold.

Fees.
The fees for a Class I-A license are as follows:

Full-time (one year)...............$1,100.

The following premises are eligible to obtain a Class I-A license:
