§479. Penalties

Any violation of any order issued by virtue of this subchapter or any rule or regulatory provision made by the superintendent pursuant thereto shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment for less than one year, or by both.   [PL 1969, c. 132, §1 (NEW); PL 1973, c. 585, §12 (AMD).]
