§477. Duration at will of Governor

The authority and power given the superintendent under this subchapter shall terminate and be of no effect when the Governor proclaims that any insurance emergency has ceased to exist.   [PL 1969, c. 132, §1 (NEW); PL 1973, c. 585, §12 (AMD).]
