Chapter 51: DOMESTIC MUTUAL ASSESSMENT INSURERS

§3606. Certificate of authority required

No such insurer shall transact insurance in this State except as authorized by a subsisting certificate of authority issued to the insurer by the superintendent.   [PL 1969, c. 132, §1 (NEW); PL 1973, c. 585, §12 (AMD).]
