§2796. Manufacture of powder

If a person manufactures gunpowder, or mixes or grinds the composition for gunpowder, in any building within 80 rods of any valuable building not owned by the person or the person's lessor and that was erected when such business was commenced, the former building is a public nuisance and the person may be prosecuted accordingly.
