§12825. Rulemaking

The commissioner may not adopt rules to protect plants and plant communities under this subchapter except when required for the conservation of rare fish or wildlife species, threatened fish or wildlife species or endangered fish or wildlife species.   [PL 2025, c. 706, §32 (NEW).]

This section is repealed September 30, 2029.   [PL 2025, c. 706, §32 (NEW).]
