Sec. B-1. 32 MRSA §1101, sub-§4-A, ¶¶A and B, as enacted by PL 1983, c. 413, §32, are amended to read:
A. School administrative units; and
B. Nonprofit organizations; and.
Sec. B-2. 32 MRSA §1101, sub-§4-A, ¶C, as amended by PL 1995, c. 325, §5, is repealed.
