Resolve, Authorizing the Commissioner of Administrative and Financial Services To Sell Interest in a Certain Parcel of Land

Sec. 1. Authorization for sale of contingent interest in land. Resolved: That the Commissioner of Administrative and Financial Services subsequent to a fair market value appraisal may, by quitclaim deed without covenant, convey on such terms and conditions as the commissioner may direct whatever interest the State may have, pursuant to the last will and testament of Biagio Mendolia, in real property owned by Biagio Mendolia at the time of his death on January 15, 2006 located at 73 Loon Lake Road in the Town of Rangeley, County of Franklin, State of Maine and described in a deed recorded in the Franklin County Registry of Deeds in Book 466, Page 421. The net proceeds generated pursuant to this resolve must be deposited in an account of the Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management, Bureau of Veterans' Services, as directed by the Commissioner of Administrative and Financial Services.
