An Act To Permit the Sale of Certain Used Mercury-added Products

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

Sec. 1. 38 MRSA §1661-C, sub-§10 is enacted to read:

10. Sale of used products. Subsections 6 and 7 do not apply to the sale of used products.
