Sec. J-1. PL 2005, c. 405, Pt. I, §1 is amended to read:
Sec. I-1. Nonlapsing funds; Administration - Motor Vehicle; computer system. Any balance not to exceed $1,100,000 remaining in the Administration - Motor Vehicle program, Bureau of Motor Vehicles within the Department of the Secretary of State may not lapse at the end of fiscal year 2004-05 and 2005-06 but must be carried forward into fiscal year 2005-06 and 2006-07 for the purpose of development of the bureau's computer system and to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the bureau's processes and programs.
