Sec. H-1. Adoption of rules. Notwithstanding the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, section 8072, subsection 8, the Department of Transportation shall finally adopt the major substantive portion of Chapter 299: Highway Driveway and Entrance Rules, Parts A and B, as approved by Resolve 2001, chapter 46, within 60 days of the effective date of this Part.
