Sec. CC-1. Maine Governmental Facilities Authority. Pursuant to the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 4, section 1606, subsections 1 and 2, the Maine Governmental Facilities Authority is authorized to issue securities in its own name in an amount up to $600,000 for the purpose of paying the cost of courthouse renovations at York District Court.
Sec. CC-2. Debt service costs; 2000-2001 biennium. It is the intent of the Legislature that the Judicial Department absorb in the 2000-2001 biennium the debt service costs for the project authorized in section 1 of this Part within its existing resources.
