Sec. P-4. Petroleum Violation Escrow funds; unexpended balances. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any unexpended and unobligated balance from a legislative allocation of Petroleum Violation Escrow funds remaining on June 30, 1998 must be transferred to the State Planning Office. The State Planning Office must transfer all funds returned pursuant to this Part and any other available amounts in excess of legislative allocations to the Maine State Housing Authority. The amount transferred to the Maine State Housing Authority may not exceed $350,000.
Sec. P-5. Allocation. The following funds are allocated from Other Special Revenue to carry out the purposes of this Part.
