§5110. Authorization to issue bonds
The authority may issue bonds to finance any undertakings authorized by this chapter under the following conditions.

Hearing held.
The municipal officers must certify that the hearing required by section 5106 has been held.

Approval of renewal plan granted.
The municipal officers must certify that approval of the renewal plan as required by section 5106 has been granted.

Copies of certificates filed.
Copies of these certificates must be filed with the authority and with the municipal clerk.

Reconsideration if no approval.
Failure of approval does not prevent the municipal officers from again considering the renewal plan in the manner provided.
