§4450. Definitions
As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.

Certificate holder.
"Certificate holder" means an individual holding a code enforcement officer certificate issued under section 4451 by the former State Planning Office, the Department of Economic and Community Development, Office of Community Development, the Department of Public Safety, Office of the State Fire Marshal or the Maine Office of Community Affairs.

2.
Certification review committee.
"Certification review committee" or "committee" means the committee established in section 4451‑A, subsection 1.

3.
Division director.
"Division director" means the senior employee responsible for technical codes coordination in the Division of Building Codes and Standards established within the Maine Office of Community Affairs in Title 25, section 2372.

4.
Staff.
"Staff" means an employee or contractor of the Maine Office of Community Affairs established in Title 5, section 3202.
