§1305. Temporary licenses
1.
Issuance of temporary licenses.
The Secretary of State may issue a temporary license to an applicant.

2.
Requirements.
The Secretary of State may require the applicant to:

Successfully pass a complete examination; or

B.
Hold a valid or recently expired driver's license from another state or country.

3.
Duration.
A temporary license permits the applicant to operate a motor vehicle on a public way for not more than 60 days.
