§1-A. Definitions
As used in this Title, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.

Commissioner.
"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Health and Human Services.

Department.
"Department" means the Department of Health and Human Services.

3.
Intermediate care facility for persons with intellectual disabilities.
"Intermediate care facility for persons with intellectual disabilities" has the same meaning as in Title 34‑B, section 1001, subsection 4‑B.
