§3605. Refusal of employees to perform duty
A person in the employment of a railroad corporation who, in furtherance of the interests of either party to a dispute between another railroad corporation and its employees, refuses to aid in moving the cars of the other corporation or trains in whole or in part made up of the cars of the other corporation over the tracks of the corporation employing the person; or refuses to aid in loading or discharging those cars, in violation of the employee's duty as an employee, must be punished by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment for not more than 11 months.
